How to make life less stressful


The common question that we all ask ourselves is "how can I make my life easier?"
The answer is simple and a lot easier than you imagined. I have some tips on how to make your life easier.
1.) Unsubscribe from those annoying, spam emails!!! If you are like me, you hate to read through your email because there is all this scam stuff that you did not sign up for. Click on the email, scroll to the bottom, and click the unsubscribe button----THAT EASY!!! If you can't unsubscribe that way than email them back and say "I do not want you to email me anymore with these offers." 
2.) Keep a planner with a calendar in it!!! Planners are useful for work, school, and everyday life balance. I have a hard time with remembering things and it is a lot easier when I write down what I need to do and then it is easier to remember to open the bright pink with gold polka dot planner.
3.) Always budget money for savings by putting at least $10 a month back. You never know when something arises that you might need it (emergency vet expense, forgot to budget for food due to that awesome shopping trip and need the money for food, had a tough day and need some alcoholic drinks with friends, etc.). 
4.) Track your period!!! There are several online apps that allow you to track your ovulation cycle so that you are not surprised with waking up a bleeding mess or even worse ruining your favorite pair of white pants.
5.) Try to take time for yourself for the sake of your mental health--- YOU ARE IMPORTANT--- Whether that time is a shopping trip, a trip to the salon, time with your friends, time with your mother, time with a boyfriend, playing video games, or binge-watching on Netflix. Always make time for yourself as stress can really run you down with giving you headaches, depriving you of sleep, making you feel fatigued even though you slept, causing you to gain weight due to stress eating, etc.
6.) Try to eat a lot of Yogurt, fruits, and vegetables and lay off the bread!!! As a woman, your body is easily thrown off balance (think PH levels) and bread can lead to bloating, Yeast Infections, etc. You need to take care of your body!!!
